Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026

Everyday AI 4 Everyone (“EA4E,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at https://everydayai4everyone.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

We collect only what is reasonably necessary to run the site, communicate with readers who ask to hear from us, and understand how the site is being used.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you subscribe to the newsletter, submit the contact form, or email us, we collect your name, your email address, and whatever you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider, analytics tools, and security tools may record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring site, pages viewed, time of visit, approximate location, and cookie identifiers. This is standard for any website and is used to operate, secure, and improve the site.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information (such as health, financial, or government ID details) and ask that you not send it to us.

2. Newsletter and Contact Form

Both the newsletter signup and the contact form are handled by MailerLite, which stores the information you submit.

The newsletter uses double opt-in: you must confirm your email address before you are added to the list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Your message is used only to respond to you.

Forms are protected against automated spam by [Google reCAPTCHA / Cloudflare Turnstile], which may collect technical information about your browser and interaction with the form for that purpose.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The site uses cookies and similar technologies in three categories:

  • Necessary — required for the site to function: security, caching, form submission, and administration. These cannot be turned off.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics helps us see which pages are read, how visitors find the site, and where technical problems occur. Google may collect the technical information listed in Section 1 and process it under its own privacy policy.
  • Marketing — the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) may record pages viewed and actions taken on the site. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about Facebook and Instagram users. We do not control Meta’s independent use of this data.

Where required by law, analytics and marketing technologies are not activated until you consent through the cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time through the cookie settings on the site, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may break parts of the site.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • deliver the newsletter to people who requested it and manage subscriptions;
  • respond to messages;
  • operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site;
  • understand which content is useful and improve it;
  • measure the reach of EA4E content;
  • prevent spam and abuse;
  • comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

5. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site, and only for the purposes described here:

Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy. Some of these providers operate outside the United States, so your information may be processed in other countries.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to investigate fraud, abuse, or a security incident.

Certain privacy laws describe analytics and advertising tools like the Meta Pixel as “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” Where those laws apply to you, you can opt out through the cookie settings on the site.

The site is built with WordPress, Breakdance, and LiteSpeed caching. These run on our own server and do not receive your information.

6. Data Retention

We keep newsletter information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to respond and for reasonable recordkeeping. Technical logs and analytics data are retained according to the provider’s default settings. We may keep information longer where the law requires it or where it is needed to resolve a dispute.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, but no website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, or to opt out of analytics or advertising tracking. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. Unsubscribing does not stop us from replying to a message you send us.

9. Third-Party Links

The site links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Children

EA4E is written for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site, our tools, or the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
