ABOUT EA4E

AI doesn't need another evangelist.

It needs people who can explain what actually works, what doesn't, and how normal people can use it without becoming software engineers.

WHY THIS EXISTS

AI got complicated long before it needed to.

AI discussion seems to have developed two settings. One is breathless excitement about how everything is about to change. The other assumes you already know what a language model is, how an API works, and why somebody on YouTube owns six monitors.
Most people live somewhere in between. They want to understand what AI can actually do, where it can help, what its limitations are, and whether any of this is worth their time.
That's why EA4E exists. The goal is to make AI understandable and useful without talking down to people, burying them in jargon, or pretending every new tool is going to reinvent civilization by Thursday.
WHAT YOU'LL FIND

Learn it. Use it. Question it.

Understand it

Plain-language explanations of AI tools and concepts without requiring a computer science degree or a glossary the size of a phone book.

Use it

Practical ways to save time, solve problems, organize information, research, write, and get useful work done.

Question it

Reality checks about hype, limitations, privacy, bad advice, and claims that deserve a raised eyebrow.
ABOUT SCOTT

I didn't start in tech.

I spent a lot of my career in places where things actually had to work. The Air Force, EMS, and law enforcement don't leave much room for impressive-sounding solutions that fall apart the moment real people have to use them.
Eventually, that same practical mindset pulled me into business systems, automation, and AI. I wasn't interested in AI because it was fashionable. I was interested because some of it was genuinely useful, and a remarkable amount of it was being explained badly.
EA4E grew out of that frustration. I wanted a place for people who are curious about AI but don't want to reorganize their lives around it. The goal is to understand the technology, use what works, question what doesn't, and move on with the rest of the day.
THE BASIC RULE

If AI doesn't make something better, simpler, or faster, what's the point?

If it saves time, reduces frustration, improves your work, or helps you understand something better, it's useful. If it requires twelve apps, three subscriptions, a workflow diagram, and a YouTube guru explaining how easy it is, perhaps we've wandered off course.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You don't have to be an AI person.

EA4E is for people who want to use AI without turning it into a hobby, career change, or personality trait.

  • Gen X and Boomers
  • AI beginners
  • Skeptical users
  • Professionals who want practical uses
  • Small-business owners and solo operators
  • People who want useful technology without learning to code

Being skeptical isn't a problem here.
